Our client is a high-performing consumer holding company that has built substantial scale through DTC, Amazon, TikTok, and performance marketing. We are now looking for an exceptional relationship-builder to help us raise the bar even higher.

This is not a conventional sales, partnerships, PR, or recruiting role.

Your mission is to identify and build trusted, long-term relationships with the most relevant founders, operators, scientists, formulators, and executives in our categories — then convert those relationships into insight, talent, collaboration, and better decisions for our businesses.

Initial Priorities

• TikTok Shop, social commerce, Amazon, and emerging marketplaces
• True longevity scientists and exceptional R&D formulators
• DTC, Meta, subscription, retention, MRR/ARR leaders
• Founders and executives who have built genuine pricing power and enduring brand equity
• Exceptional GMs, brand leaders, marketers, scientists, and product executives

What You Will Do

• Identify who truly matters and create credible paths to them
• Arrange focused, high-value conversations between external experts and the right internal leaders
• Stay involved after the introduction until there is a clear outcome
• Source and help hire exceptional talent
• Represent the Principal and holding company with judgment, discretion, and credibility
• Travel across the US and show up where the right people gather

What Success Looks Like

After a 60-day ramp: ~8 genuinely valuable new meetings per month. Within the first year: help hire two exceptional executives/specialists + connect at least ten external experts who transfer real knowledge and raise our standards.

The Right Person

You either already have a strong consumer/CPG network or have a proven ability to create difficult relationships quickly.

You bring:

• Exceptional social intelligence and executive presence
• High integrity and absolute discretion
• Sharp judgment about who is genuinely valuable
• Comfort with frequent travel and an entrepreneurial environment
• A desire to build something durable inside one platform for many years

Relevant backgrounds include consumer agencies, founder communities, executive search, platform ecosystems, consumer PE/VC, or highly connected operator networks.

Compensation

Competitive executive base ($200k–$250k) + substantial performance-based cash compensation (target $400k–$500k total cash) with additional upside for exceptional outcomes. Long-term incentives may be discussed after the first eight months. Full support for travel, hosting, research, and administrative resources.
