As an on-call Substitute, you’ll enjoy flexibility and may have the opportunity to work in different centers and with various age groups.Little Wheelz in Estero, Florida is hiring a flexible, part time Substitute Teacher, working with infants, toddlers and preschoolers!Responsibilities:Assist with hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the childrenMaintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestonesEnsure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelinesProvide support in any classroom or age group where teaching coverage is needed across a center or in nearby locationsQualifications:Candidates must pass required state and company background checks and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED is required1 year of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferredCDA, Associate, or bachelor’s degree in early education or related field is preferredFlorida Care Provider Clearinghouse Background Screening DCF state training hours required (per regulations dependent on experience)Be part of a community where people grow, futures are shaped, and lives are changed.
