MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

CHA Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center is seeking a motivated and experienced RN Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. The RN Recruiter will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of registered nurses, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top RN talent.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Provide regular recruitment metrics and reports to HR leadership.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Human Resources, or a related field

Minimum Work Experience and Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of nursing roles and qualifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to work in a union environment.

Preferred Work Experience and Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within healthcare.

Required Licensure, Certification, Registration or Designation

• Current Los Angeles County Fire Card required (within 30 days of employment)
• Assault Response Competency (ARC) required (within 30 days of hire)

Status: Full Time Exempt
Shift: Days
Shift Hours: 8 hours (8AM - 4:30PM)
Weekly/Bi-Weekly Hours: 40hrs/80hrs
FLSA Status: Exempt
