We are in search of a talented and enthusiastic Business Analyst to join our team.As a Business Analyst on the Advisory Platform s team , you will be responsible for supporting the team that delivers the next-generation Wealth Management platform for Morgan Stanley Advisors focusing on investment advisory account onboarding and maintenance, fees and billing, investment data and asset manager experience. This role will primarily support strategic enhancements to a dvisory account onboarding and fee billing , with opportunities to support other key platform deliverables .As a smart, detail-oriented team player who thrives on interacting with individuals across diverse functional areas, you will work to solve tough problems and deliver results on varied projects that help drive efficiency, reduce risk, and generate revenue. This is an amazing opportunity to join a team committed to helping a highly regarded company provide first-class service and solutions to clients.Key Responsibilities:Work with platform lead and product owners to support agile technology delivery for key initiatives .Leverage available internal AI tools to :A nalyze current stat e system capabilities, dependencies and designDef ine target state user journeys, use cases, workflows, and business processes that align with the product goals and address critical user and control needsAnalyze, define, and manage data flows and diverse datasetsIdentify , create, and validate epics and user stories for agile sprintsS pecify acceptance criteria, generate and review testing cases/scenarios and perform user acceptance testing as neededPrepare presentations and status updatesC ollect and track KPIs and feature adoption and usage metrics as applicableC reat e conceptual mock-ups to communicate proposed changes and ideasAssist platform lead with backlog refinement and prioritization of featuresCollaborate with key stakeholders t o d emonstrate developed capabilities , e licit requirements , and g ather and track user feedbackCollaborate with program management office and technology delivery management teams to effectively organize and plan product releasesQualifications and Required Skills:Bachelor’s degree required .Proficient at defining, analyzing, documenting, and communicating product and application requirements in a waterfall, a gile and/or hybrid software development setting.Experience in investment advisory platforms or wealth management is preferred.Experience in data analysis.S trong organizational skills and attention to detailsPolished written and verbal communication skills .Self-starter efficient at managing multiple tasks concurrently under deadline constraintsRegistration Required:NoneEOE M/F/D/V Committed to DiversityMorgan Stanley is an equal opportunities employer.
