We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team.

This position is for part-time office from Monday-Wednesday and part-time DSP/Caregiver on Saturdays-Sundays from 11a-11p for a total of 24 office hours and 24 DSP hours weekly on Bauer Road in Batavia, OH 45103.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring a smooth workflow within the office environment, WORKING IN THE HOMES IF A CAREGIVER CALLS OFF, or needs time off. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Duties

• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
• Manage office management tasks including inventory control, supply ordering, and equipment maintenance.
• Oversee calendar management for scheduling appointments and meetings.
• Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and answering inquiries professionally.
• Provide administrative support to various roles as needed, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Utilize strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized office environment conducive to productivity.
• Homemaker/ personal care
• Errands, Transportation as needed.
• Medication Administration
• Meal Preparation
• Hoyer lift

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably as an Office Administrator or similar position.
• Experience with PASSPORT waiver program a plus but not mandatory
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software applications.
• Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly with staff and clients alike.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• 8-hour direct support professional annual training
• CPR/ First aide
• Medication administration Certification

****Please note that Open Availability/Flexibility is a must and that includes weekends and willingness to travel as far as Batavia, Cincinnati, Finneytown, Forest Park, etc.
