What You’ll Do

• Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and self-generated leads.

• Conduct exterior inspections focused on roofing, gutter systems, pergola layouts, and deck projects.

• Educate homeowners on options for upgrading and protecting their home’s exterior, including financing or insurance-based work when applicable.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects within assigned neighborhoods.

• Present tailored roofing, gutter, pergola, and deck solutions and close residential projects.

• Coordinate with project managers and install crews to ensure smooth, high-quality job completion.

• Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activity inside our CRM for transparency and fast commission payouts.
