Good Days is a neighborhood restaurant, focusing on elegant, elevated food and drink in a fun, welcoming atmosphere.

We're currently hiring a humble, kind, and service oriented person to join our team. We have an extensive amaro program, ever changing food and cocktail menus, and a growing wine list with an emphasis on organic, biodynamic, low intervention producers.

We're seeking an experienced and versatile hospitality professional to join our growing team as a Hybrid Server/Bartender. This dual role requires confidence on the dining floor and behind the bar, with a focus on providing warm, attentive service and delivering consistent, high-quality beverages. We do not have a barback, and servers/bartenders assist with every aspect of service.

WE ARE A SMALL TEAM, SO CONSISTENT AVAILABILITY IS A MUST. This role is part-time (3-4 shifts), so other jobs are absolutely fine. Plus, it's NYC, we get it. But please don't apply if you need frequent time off for gigs, shows, etc. Again, we're a small team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide polished and refined yet relaxed service, ensuring a welcoming guest experience.
• Guide guests through food and beverage menus, making knowledgeable recommendations.
• Accurately take orders and coordinate pacing with the kitchen and bar.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency.
• Maintain bar setup, including garnish prep, batching, stocking, and cleanliness.
• Support overall floor operations with bussing, resetting tables, and sidework.
• Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in a high-volume, full-service NEW YORK CITY restaurant
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits/AMARO, WINE, and beer
• Fine Dining experience a must
• Ability to multitask and balance both bar production and guest interaction.
• Professional, team-oriented, and guest-focused attitude.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation Details:

Compensation: Hourly ($17.00) plus tips
