ICBM C3 Node All-Source AnalystThe Opportunity: Perform deeply technical, all-source analysis of foreign ICBM command, control and communications (C3) systems. Evaluate foreign missile C3 architectures, map node structures, analyze communications pathways, characterize vulnerabilities and resilience, and develop high-fidelity assessments informed by GEOINT, SIGINT, MASINT, HUMINT and OSINT. Lead intensive analytic efforts focused on strategic missile C3 nodes, integrate multi-disciplined intelligence, develop indicators and warning frameworks, and extrapolate technical behaviors beyond the current intelligence record. Identify information gaps and threat information needs and process requests for information (RFI) tools to conduct additional collection and analysis. Author and coordinate threat assessment products on foreign missile programs combining intelligence information and Department of War (DoW) technical operations analysis in collaboration with IC and DoW partners.What You’ll Work On: Lead deep-dive all source assessments on ICBM C3 nodes and supporting infrastructure.Characterize foreign C3 resilience and degradation pathways.Assess implications for strategic force employment and escalation dynamics.Develop and maintain data-backed analytic baselines, indicators, and warning frameworks for C3 node activity.Prepare intelligence assessments, information papers, collection evaluations, and briefings for senior DoD decision makers, and respond to RFIs.Identify intelligence gaps and draft and coordinate collection requirements with collection managers and partners across the DoD.Join us. You Have: 5+ years of experience supporting DoW or Army intelligence missions, including technical and system level analysisExperience analyzing foreign ICBM systems, C3 architecture, node mapping, communication pathways, telemetry control function, and support infrastructureExperience applying multi-disciplined intelligence sources to produce integrated analytic assessmentsExperience producing senior-level decision products and leading cross-functional analytic coordinationKnowledge of foreign strategic forces doctrine, EW and cyber threats to C3 systems, and multi-domain operational conceptsKnowledge of DoD or IC security, disclosure, and data transfer requirements across classified and unclassified systemsAbility to identify intelligence gaps and draft target collection requirementsTS/SCI clearanceBachelor's degreeNice If You Have: Experience characterizing foreign missile threats across terrestrial, maritime, or space domainsKnowledge of foreign ground-based radar, integrated air defense systems, and associated technical architecturesKnowledge of system R&D timelines, performance evaluation, and technical signature analysis for strategic systemsBachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or MathematicsClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;TS/SCI clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
