The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population in a medical-surgical unit. Responsibilities Deliver patient-centered nursing care in a fast-paced environment. Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. Assist in the planning and execution of patient care plans. Provide education and support to patients and their families. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Must have a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia.
