Registered Nurse (RN) – Behavioral Health (Full-Time) Location: Casa Grande, AZ Position Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Schedule: Blocked Scheduling - (Days, Nights, and/or Weekends based on unit needs) Rotation: No rotation required Position Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicatedRegistered Nurses (RNs)with experience in crisis, inpatient, and/or residential behavioral health to join a mission-driven team in Casa Grande, AZ. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunityprovidinglong-term stability, structured scheduling, and a comprehensive benefits package. This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in fast-paced behavioral health environments and are passionate about supporting individuals experiencing mental health and substance use crises. Key Responsibilities Provide patient-centered care in inpatient, crisis, or residential behavioral health settings Support detoxification services and assist with crisis stabilization Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop individualized care plans Coordinate discharge planning and connect patients with community resources Maintain a safe, trauma-informed, and therapeutic environment Accurately document assessments, care, and interventions in EMR systems Qualifications Active Arizona RN license or compact state license (required) Current BLS certification (required) Experience in crisis, inpatient, and/or residential behavioral health (Unit-dependent; residential experience preferred for residential roles) Open to experienced RNs and motivated new graduates with a strong interest in behavioral health Compensation & Benefits Pay Rate:$42–$50/hour (based on experience) $10,000 Sign-On Bonus(Inpatient & Crisis Units) Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability & Life Insurance (25% employer-paid) 401(k) with employer match (100% vested immediately) 5 weeks PTO Fixed 12-hour schedules (no rotation) Shift differentials available PTO cash-out option after 1 year Eligible forPublic Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF ) through nonprofit status Supplemental coverage (Hospital Indemnity & Critical Illness) Pet insurance Dependent Care & Health Savings Accounts Wellness programs Tuition assistance and reimbursement Scholarship programs and incentives Career growth and advancement opportunities Why This Opportunity Join a mission-driven behavioral health organization committed to compassionate, patient-centered care.
