Responsibilities:
- Manage medical website development projects
- Work with clients and internal teams
- Coordinate account onboarding and provision of website services
- Ensure project completion within budget and schedule
- Maintain client expectations and manage project scope
- Perform quality control to ensure complete client satisfaction
- Investigate and resolve client issues and concerns
- Track project milestones and deliverables
