As a Designer, you'll work alongside experienced designers and engineers to help create heat tracing system design packages for industrial projects. This is an excellent opportunity to build technical skills, gain hands-on experience with AutoCAD, and learn industry best practices in a supportive, team-oriented environment.You'll receive guidance and mentorship from senior team members while developing the skills needed to become a successful design professional. What You'll DoCreate and update design documents such as heat tracing isometrics, panel schedules, material lists, and location plans using AutoCAD.Assist with designing heat tracing systems based on customer requirements and project specifications.Review project documents, including P&IDs and piping drawings, to understand project scope and design needs.Support the preparation and revision of technical drawings throughout the project lifecycle.Follow established design standards, processes, and quality requirements.Maintain organized project files and ensure documentation is properly controlled and stored.Participate in design reviews and learn from feedback provided by experienced team members.Contribute ideas to improve design processes and team efficiency.Collaborate with designers, engineers, and project teams to deliver high-quality results. What We're Looking ForBasic understanding of electrical or mechanical engineering principles.Familiarity with AutoCAD or other CAD software through coursework, projects, internships, or personal experience.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.Good written and verbal communication skills.Eagerness to learn, grow, and accept coaching from experienced professionals.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.   QualificationsRequiredAssociate 's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technical field.PreferredInternship, co-op, academic project, or hands-on experience related to engineering design, CAD drafting, piping systems, or industrial processes.Exposure to AutoCAD or similar design software.Interest in industrial design, electrical systems, or process industries.Why Join Us?Gain hands-on experience working on real-world industrial projects.Learn from experienced designers and engineers who are invested in your success.Build technical and professional skills through mentorship and training.Develop expertise in AutoCAD, engineering design, and industry standards.Grow your career in a collaborative and supportive work environment.
