Production Center AssociatePosition OverviewWe are seeking a dependable 2nd-shift Production Center Associate to support daily document production, mail processing, and operational services in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for handling print and copy requests, managing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining records, and assisting with document finishing activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality service.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess print, copy, and document production requests accurately and efficiently.Operate and maintain production equipment to support daily business operations.Assist with document finishing services, including cutting, binding, laminating, and packaging materials.Handle incoming and outgoing mail, shipments, and deliveries.Track inventory levels and assist with supply management.Perform data entry and maintain accurate operational records.Troubleshoot basic equipment or workflow issues and escalate concerns when necessary.Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and service expectations.Required QualificationsStrong customer service and communication skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.Basic computer proficiency and data entry experience.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.Reliable attendance and flexibility to work assigned schedules.Preferred QualificationsExperience in print production, document services, mailroom operations, shipping and receiving, or similar operational environments.Experience with inventory tracking and record management.Familiarity with office and business productivity software.Experience operating production or finishing equipment is a plus.Work ScheduleOn-site positionEvening shift available Flexible start times within the assigned shift windowJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jefferson City, MO.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
