Production Associates – All Shifts
No Experience Needed | Weekly Pay | Temp-to-Hire

New Pay Rates

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
$17.50/hour
Overtime: 5:00 AM–3:30 PM

2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
$18.50/hour
Overtime: 3:00 PM–1:30 AM

3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM
$18.50/hour
Overtime: 3:00 PM–1:30 AM

Important: Mandatory Overtime may be scheduled  up to 2 hours before or up to 2 hours after your regular shift. Plus on Saturday. Overtime hours may vary based on business needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Load and unload saw blades on the paint line
• Hang saw blades before painting
• Remove finished saw blades after painting
• Inspect products for quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow all safety and quality protocols
• Collaborate with your team in a fast-paced setting

What We’re Looking For:

• No prior manufacturing experience required
• Ability to stand and walk throughout your shift
• Able to repeatedly lift up to 40 lbs
• Comfortable working in a warm environment
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Willingness to follow instructions and prioritize safety
