Physical Therapist Location: Redford Township, Michigan About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at The Orchards at Redford, a premier healthcare provider dedicated to delivering top-notch care to our patients. As a Physical Therapist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and patients, providing individualized rehabilitation programs to help them achieve their full potential. Pay starts at $50.00 per hour and increases based on experience. Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' physical condition and develop personalized rehabilitation plans to meet their unique needs Implement and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and comprehensive care Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on proper techniques, exercises, and self-care strategies Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes Requirements Bachelor's/ Master's/Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Michigan Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care Why Join Our Team At The Orchards at Redford, we are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment that fosters growth and development.
