Customer Operations Associate

Maximizing customer results on the platform, the full-time remote Customer Operations Associate will manage candidate pipelines, monitor product adoption, and support customer success initiatives while collaborating closely with recruitment teams. Key responsibilities Build and manage candidate pipelines to ensure effective candidate delivery for accounts Monitor customer product adoption and utilize data to drive decisions and solve customer problems Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to provide strong ROI and support ad hoc customer requests Required qualifications 0-3 years of experience in an operational, administrative, or customer-facing role Strong work ethic with a self-starter mentality and attention to detail Proficiency in data management using Excel or Google Sheets; SQL exposure is a plus Experience managing projects from ideation to conclusion is a plus Genuine curiosity about the platform and a motivation to assist candidates in finding opportunities
