Thisroleofferstheopportunitytoworkwithinacollaborative,nationallyrecognizedteamrepresentinginsurancecompaniesandfinancialinstitutionsincomplexlitigationmatters.Thepracticespansabroadrangeofinsurancecoverageissues—includingbadfaith,professionalliability,pollution,constructiondefect,personalandadvertisinginjury,cyberliability,andexcessliability—aswellasconsumerfinancialserviceslitigationinvolvingsingle-plaintiffmattersandappealsinstateandfederalcourts.
Thisisanidealopportunityforanattorneyseekingmeaningfulresponsibilityandhands-onlitigationexperiencewithinadynamicandgrowingcross-practiceteam.
PositionRequirements:
- AdmissiontotheWashingtonStateBaringoodstanding
- 5+yearsofexperienceincivillitigationinstateandfederalcourts
- Experienceineither(orboth):InsurancecoveragelitigationorConsumerfinancialserviceslitigation,representingfinancialinstitutions
- Strongresearch,writing,andanalyticalskills

Compensation(WashingtonApplicantsOnly):
Theestimatedsalaryrangeforthispositionis $140,000to$190,000 ,dependingonfactorssuchasexperience,skills,internalequity,andmarketdata.ThisrangeappliesonlytocandidatesperformingworkinWashington.
