Director Finance

Role Overview We are seeking a strategic and driven Financial Planning & Analysis professional to lead key financial initiatives and support business growth. In this role, you will partner directly with business leaders to drive the annual budgeting process, manage forecasting cycles, and deliver actionable financial insights that support core operational objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead comprehensive FP&A activities, including long-range planning, annual budgeting, and rolling/major forecast cycles. Oversee and streamline internal management reporting. Partner with cross-functional business leaders to provide strategic finance support and drive informed decision-making. Evaluate growth and investment opportunities through detailed financial modeling. Conduct ad hoc analyses to deliver actionable insights that align with the organization's financial targets. Technical Skills & Requirements Required: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Preferred: Working knowledge of Essbase is highly desirable. General: strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, strategic recommendations for leadership.
