Scheduling Coordinator

Job Description Job Description Job description: Job Summary We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day appointment scheduling, order parts per the work order, support their field technicians with operational support and invoice out the closed technician work orders. This role requires proficiency phone etiquette, excellent communication skills, and a good interpersonal skills and the ability to operate basic Microsoft Programs. The Scheduling Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring efficient operations, accurate documentation, and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Schedule work order appointments accurately using our CRM software. Order all parts and equipment from the work order. Manage multiple open work orders simultaneously with professional phone etiquette in order to best serve our customers and answer customer inquiries promptly. Invoice out completed technician work orders. Coordinate operational support for your technicians i.e. scissor lifts, schedule additional technicians, order flights and hotel rooms for out of the area projects (all when necessary). Maintain confidentiality of customer data. Qualifications Prior experience in office administration or scheduling is preferred. Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication skills with professional phone etiquette; are highly desirable.
