RN - MedSurg/Tele

Travel Med Surg/Tele RNThis is a 13-week contract position.Shift: Days, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM, every other weekend and holidays required. Schedule will vary based on the needs of the unit, with floating between Med Surg and Tele departments only.The Travel Med Surg/Tele RN is responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN will direct and coordinate all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices and collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
