As a Leasing Consultant at AMLI Brookhaven, you’ll play an important role in the success of our lease-up. You’ll introduce prospective residents to their new home, showcase the community’s amenities and features, generate excitement about the property, and guide prospects through the leasing process from their first visit to move-in. What You’ll Do No two days are the same. You’ll connect with prospective residents, showcase a brand-new luxury community, build relationships, and help drive the success of our lease-up. Key Responsibilities Conduct personalized apartment tours and showcase community amenities, apartment features, and the AMLI lifestyle Build relationships with prospective residents and guide them through the leasing process Respond promptly and professionally to phone, email, text, and online inquiries Follow up with prospects and convert leads into leases Work toward and achieve occupancy, leasing, and sales goals Prepare lease agreements and complete leasing documentation accurately Assist with resident retention and renewal efforts Coordinate move-ins and help ensure a seamless new-resident experience Support resident events and community engagement activities Maintain accurate prospect and resident records within property management software Provide feedback on prospect activity, market conditions, and opportunities to improve leasing results Collaborate with the onsite team to deliver exceptional customer service Represent AMLI Brookhaven professionally and help establish the community as a premier place to live in the Brookhaven area AMLI Benefits Apartment rent discounts Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match Tuition reimbursement program Life and disability insurance Employee assistance program Employee recognition and wellness programs Paid Time Off 20 days of PTO annually 9 paid holidays Additional PTO based on tenure Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Availability to work Saturdays (closed Sundays) Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional, energetic, and positive attitude Ability to thrive in a sales-oriented, goal-driven environment Ability to build relationships and confidently communicate with a wide variety of people Preferred Qualifications Apartment leasing, property management, or multifamily housing experience or Retail sales, hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or other customer-facing experience Previous sales experience with demonstrated success meeting goals Why AMLI Brookhaven?
