We are seeking Flaggers for an immediate opportunity. The Flagger plays a critical role in maintaining a safe work environment by directing and controlling pedestrian, vehicle, and equipment traffic in active work areas. This position is responsible for ensuring safe movement throughout the site, communicating potential hazards, and helping prevent accidents by maintaining clear and organized traffic flow. The ideal candidate will possess strong situational awareness, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to workplace safety.Key Responsibilities

• Act as a spotter for forklift operators during material handling activities.

• Monitor pedestrian and equipment traffic to ensure safe movement throughout the facility.

• Maintain clear travel paths and identify potential hazards.

• Communicate with forklift operators using established hand signals and verbal directions.

• Assist with directing the movement and placement of materials within the warehouse.

• Ensure loads are transported safely and securely.

• Enforce safety procedures and warehouse traffic guidelines.

• Report unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, or safety concerns immediately.

• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

• Support the warehouse team in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Previous warehouse, construction, logistics, or industrial experience preferred.

• Experience working around forklifts or heavy equipment is a plus.

• Ability to stand, walk, and work in an active warehouse environment for extended periods.

• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

• Active warehouse setting.

• Constant interaction with forklifts and material handling equipment.

• Standing and walking throughout the shift.

• Exposure to warehouse noise, dust, and varying temperatures.

• PPE required as designated by site safety requirements.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds as needed.

• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and maintain awareness of moving equipment.

• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
