Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

Position: Full-Time Specialty: OB/GYN

Base Salary: $425,000 + incentives

Earning Potential: Up to $575,000

Sign-On Bonus: $100,000 Call: 1:4 goal

An established and growing women's health practice in South Central Kentucky is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN to join its busy team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into an established practice with immediate patient volume, strong OB volume, and opportunities to expand GYN and surgical services.

• Approximately 1,200 deliveries annually
• 1:4 call
• Four-day workweek
• Approximately 25 patients per day
• Three mid-level providers and dedicated women's health NP support
• In-house ultrasound
• New da Vinci robotic surgical system
• Opportunities for GYN surgery, minimally invasive and robotic procedures
• Strong nursing and clinical support

• $425,000 guaranteed base salary
• Up to $575,000 earning potential
• RVU production and quality incentives
• $100,000 sign-on bonus

• Approximately 20 vacation days + 6 major holidays + 1 floating holiday
