Minimum qualifications: 3 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.). Preferred qualifications: 6 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution. Experience supporting large global teams across multiple time zones. Ability to partner effectively with direct, results-oriented leaders in a fast-paced environment, operating autonomously and anticipating needs using context clues. Excellent organizational skills to seamlessly manage competing demands, prioritize tasks, and build strategic relationships.

As an Administrative Business Partner on the AI Developer Platform team, you will play a critical role supporting the Engineering Director and two other senior executives. Responsibilities Manage global calendars, travel, and logistics for executive leaders, proactively resolving conflicts to maximize their time. Act as a strategic business partner, fostering strong relationships with cross-functional teams to drive seamless collaboration and operational efficiency.
