This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in shaping HR Technology & Operations strategy during a pivotal transformation. You’ll help design and scale modern, data-driven HR programs while influencing how we measure performance, reward talent, and drive organizational effectiveness. Why Join Green Dot Play a visible role in a high-impact HR transformation Shape how HR technology supports business performance and growth Work in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment Build scalable solutions that directly improve the employee experience Key Responsibilities Own & Optimize HR Technology Serve as a Workday subject matter expert across key modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, Benefits, Talent) Configure, test, and deploy system enhancements that improve business outcomes Maintain business processes, security roles, and data governance to ensure accuracy and scalability Drive Process Improvement Analyze HR processes end-to-end and implement automation and efficiency improvements Identify root causes of issues and deliver sustainable, scalable solutions Enhance employee and manager experience through streamlined MSS/ESS processes Deliver Data & Insights Build advanced reports and dashboards to support business decisions Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights Strengthen reporting frameworks that support workforce planning and compliance Support Integrations & Systems Manage and enhance Workday integrations (EIB, APIs, Studio, PECI) Partner with IT and vendors to ensure reliable, seamless system performance Lead Key Initiatives Support or lead HR technology initiatives, including system upgrades, enhancements, and transformation efforts Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, and Legal What Success Looks Like (12–18 Months) You are the trusted go-to expert for Workday and HR technology solutions You’ve delivered meaningful automation and process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce risk You consistently provide data-driven insights that influence decisions You operate independently and proactively identify opportunities to improve systems and processes You build strong partnerships and are viewed as a strategic contributor—not just an administrator Required Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience Experience with system configuration, reporting, and process optimization Expertise in at least one Workday module (HCM, Compensation, Payroll, etc.) Advanced reporting skills (calculated fields, dashboards) Experience with integrations (EIB, Workday Studio, APIs, PECI) Strong understanding of HR operations and data integrity Strong initiative and ownership mindset—you take action and drive outcomes Critical thinker who can connect technology, data, and business strategy Comfortable working independently with minimal direction Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong collaboration and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Information Systems, or related field Experience supporting Workday implementations, upgrades, or M&A integrations Familiarity with Agile or structured project delivery approaches **Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship** **Ability to meet the location requirement outlined above** POSITION TYPE Regular PAY RANGE The targeted full-time base salary for this position is $97,100 to $145,500 per year.
