Job Description Become a vital part of our dynamic real estate team as a Commission-Based Junior Acquisitions Representative! No prior experience required. Gain hands-on training while assisting in property acquisitions and providing strategic solutions to sellers. Key responsibilities include:
- Spotting promising real estate investment opportunities
- Expertly negotiating contract details
- Overseeing transactions with accuracy and professionalism
- Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and a goal-oriented personality
- Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
- Love going on appointments, making offers and closing sales.
- Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research
- Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently
- Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor the sales process
- Making outbound calls, communicating via email, and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met
- Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process
- Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction
