Safety is our highest priority.Lay out and install commercial pipes in a wide variety of job settings.Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipe to required angles.Install hangers to hold pipes in place.Work at heights, from ladders, lifts, or roof.Install plumbing fixtures.Use a variety of power & hand tools.Brazing copper.Help teach Apprentices on the job site.Experience or Certification needed:4 years of Commercial Plumbing experience.A High School diploma or GED is required.OSHA 10 preferred.You need to be able to:Keep it a Drug-free Workplace.Be punctual and reliable.Work as a team.Do Basic "Tape measure math"Work in extremes of heat, cold and bad weather, indoors and outdoors.Stand and walk throughout the workday, and lift/carry up to 60 lbs.Work efficiently in confined spaces.Work reaching above shoulders, crawling, squatting, kneeling, bending.Exercise fine motor control, with good vision and excellent hand-eye coordination.Comfort Systems USA Shoffner is the region's leader in HVACR and Plumbing services.
