Drywall ForemanEstablished in 2009, CASEY Construction Group, LLC's mission is to deliver trusted quality and distinguished service in drywall, floor leveling, and polished concrete, partnering with general contractors across the DC, Raleigh, and Richmond regions to build reliably, precisely, and with integrity.Position SummaryThe Drywall Foreman will provide site leadership through professional management of Commercial Drywall Installation projects.ResponsibilitiesLayout per drawingsConstruct projects from drawing specificationsPerform all steps of drywall hanging as a teamUnderstands how to hang walls, top-out, ceilings, and can demonstrate each individuallyQuality controlOversee project from mobilization to punch listCoordination with GC and other subcontractorsMeeting scheduled deadlinesIdentify and resolve conflicts in plansOther duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsMust have a minimum of five (5) years of experience performing commercial drywall on interior construction projects. OSHA 30 – must obtain within the first 3 months of employment.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Ability to work independently on jobsitesMust have knowledge of all drywall tools and materials.Ability to perform duties while wearing personal protection equipment (PPE), as required.The starting hourly rate for this position is $29.00 to $40.00 (based on skills, training, and experience).
