About the Role
The Company is seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its mission-driven healthcare organization. The CFO will be responsible for shaping the financial direction, strengthening organizational performance, and providing clear guidance to support decision-making across a growing multi-site care network. This executive leader will direct the financial strategy, align fiscal planning with operational goals, and oversee core financial areas to ensure the stewardship of resources. Collaboration with senior leadership is essential to build a strong, accountable, and credible finance function that can influence long-term sustainability. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' of senior-level financial leadership experience, with a preference for those with a background in healthcare or a similarly complex service environment. The role requires expertise in annual financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight, as well as a strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle operations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining effective relationships, leading teams through organizational growth, and translating financial data into actionable guidance. Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills are a must, with a focus on earning credibility across functions and developing a responsive, dependable finance function.
