About the Role As a PVI Senior Partner, you’ll collaborate directly with our founders, board members and the core team to expand transformational educational entertainment globally. You’ll operate as an independent business partner - leading with full autonomy, integrity, and ownership. This is self employed/freelance role, with aperformance-based revenue model (up to 50%+ commission) with unlimited earning potential and requires time, energy and financial commitment from you. Please do not apply if that is not acceptable for you. Your Key Responsibilities Represent and facilitate PVI programs, workshops, and retreats (online and in person). Lead personal and professional growth initiatives in your region or area of expertise. Deliver client presentations and support enrollments into PVI programs. Build and mentor your own network or partner team. Set and track your OKRs , maintaining full ownership of your results. Study and embody PVI’s methodology daily , applying our principles in life and business. Collaborate with the global partner network to co-create initiatives that drive growth and awareness. Requirements An experienced coach, consultant, facilitator, or leader - or an ambitious professional ready to transition from corporate into purpose-driven work. Growth-oriented, self-motivated, and aligned with personal development principles. Ready to operate as a self-employed partner (existing company or willing to register one). Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Open to occasional travel for events and in-person gatherings. Registered as a freelancer or self employed or willing to do so.
