Overview Paul Mitchell The School St. Louis is searching for a part-time Service Desk Coordinator at our St. Louis, MO campus. Your Schedule This part-time customer service position requires flexibility, with shifts available in the mornings, afternoons, evenings, and on Saturdays. You will work onsite at our St. Louis campus. Your Day as a Service Desk Coordinator As a part-time Service Desk Coordinator, you will greet and accommodate guests who call, text, or enter the school, making a memorable first impression every day. You will participate in assisting and mentoring our Future Professionals as they observe and learn the systems required for a smooth guest service experience, from check-in to check-out. You will handle phone systems, manage cash drawers, schedule guest appointments, and support a positive learning environment for all who enter our campus. SERVICE DESK COORDINATOR REQUIREMENTS Customer service experience Sales (supporting and recommending products and services to guests) experience Experience maintaining organized product displays and stocked retail shelves Experience in handling phone systems Ability to manage cash and balance cash drawers Friendly personality Good organization and communication skills Passion for the beauty industry, honesty, and professionalism Basic computer and software skills Ability to stand, walk, perform repetitive motions, and spend time at a computer screen ARE YOU READY FOR THIS EXCITING OPPORTUNITY?
