At least two (2) years of bedside clinical experience. License available on the first day of assignment. Responsibilities Perform nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission. Develop patient care plans. Document interventions and responses. Participate in patient rehabilitation programs. Initiate discharge planning and patient teaching. Supervise ancillary staff. Ensure patient and staff safety. Follow hospital policies and contribute to a positive team environment.
