You will formulate, implement and regularly maintain electronic nursing care plans and supervise the delivery of care by the care team, identifying training and development needs. You will build meaningful relationships with residents, dispensing and administering medication as prescribed, maintaining accurate records, and carrying out stock control and ordering of prescribed medication and medical products. You must understand and comply with statutory and legal requirements such as Health and Safety, COSHH, and the Care Standards Act.
