Senior Biologist, Permitting & Regulatory Strategy (Remote)

ICF is seeking a Senior Biologist and Permitting Expert to lead regulatory permitting work for projects across Texas and nearby states. You will guide technical approaches under the Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act, NEPA and related laws while overseeing field studies and environmental analyses. The role emphasizes senior-level writing, client collaboration, and team leadership.
