Job Description This position provides comprehensive financial advice and customized solutions to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities include triaging client leads, making referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds, meeting with clients to review financial and investment goals, building financial plans, and recommending brokerage products. Job expectations include completing required licenses and trainings. The role is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements; employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and maintain good standing. Failure to obtain or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination. Relevant hiring restrictions: FDIC; Safe Act; Loan Originators; FINRA. Responsibilities Works with clients to plan short and long‑term financial goals by building plans that include stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking/money‑managed solutions. Recommends banking and investment strategies that align with client goals and needs. Triage client requests and make referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds. Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities. Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele. Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and potential product services. Required Qualifications Currently holds Series 7 & 66 (or 63 & 65 in lieu of 66). If not holding the 66 but holding a 63 or 65, the offer can be extended with a condition that a passing score is received for the missing series within 60 days. At least one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in‑depth knowledge of investment products and services. At least one year of experience in the financial services or sales environment where goals were met or exceeded. Sets and accomplishes goals, achieving whatever you put your mind to. Desired Qualifications Strong computer skills with ability to multitask in a demanding environment. At least three years of experience in the financial services or sales environment where goals were met or exceeded. Additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC). Obtained insurance licenses. Location and Availability This position is open for the entire market and the specific Financial Center location will be based on business needs. If offered, you will train at one financial center and then begin a phone‑based role until another suitable location is available within a reasonable commuting distance. Benefits Pay range: $70,000 to $80,000 annualized salary, based on experience, education, and skill set. Formulaic incentive eligible, including monthly, quarterly, and/or annual incentive opportunities tied to performance metrics.
