Surgical Radiographer Lvl I- OR Main- FT- 2nd Shift

Overview Masters the use of C-arm fluoroscopy and the surgical procedures it supports. Performs all traditional duties of an Imaging Technologist, utilizing radiographic techniques under physician supervision to obtain diagnostic and operative images for surgical procedures. Qualifications Education: High School diploma or GED required. Graduation from an accredited radiology program is mandatory. Licensing and Certification: ARRT licensure must be obtained within one year of hire. BLS certification for Healthcare Providers required within 90 days of hire. Experience: Prior experience as an Imaging Technologist is preferred. Candidates currently enrolled in an accredited Radiology program with clinical experience are also eligible. Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication skills required. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities efficiently. Department-specific competencies must be completed during the provisional period.
