LPN/LVN - Home Health

Pride Health is hiring a LPN/LVN - Home Health to support our client's healthcare facility in Denton, TX.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM | On-Call/Weekend: Rotation
• Location: Denton County, TX
• Mileage reimbursed: Yes
• Job Type: Contract- 13 Weeks
• Pay Range: $34-$36

*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

Duties:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including patient assessments, education, wound care, and medication management..
• Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations and agency policies.
• Promote patient safety, prevent hospitalizations, and support patient independence at home.
• Perform PICC line dressing changes, obtain laboratory specimens from PICC lines, and provide complex wound care, including negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) and care for new ostomies, as needed.

Requirements:
License(s): Active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
Certification(s): BLS.
Years of experience: 1+
Skills/Specialties/Technology: HCHB experience preferred
