This is an EMD program transitioning to production. This position will report to the lead Program Manager. This role is onsite located in McKinney, TX.What You Will DoDefine program tasking/milestones and monitor adherence to program budgets, plans, cost, schedule, and technical performanceManage profit and loss, AOP development and execution, and program Estimate at Completions (EACs)Lead by example and champion program management best practices for productionCoordinate and align interactions, dependencies, and transactions between customers and other performing partiesSet program priorities, resolve conflicts and barriers, implement gates and major reviews with the customerSupport proposal activities in support of on-contract growth and adjacent opportunities supporting the portfolioChange management, proposing and executing constructive changes resulting from ECPsInterface with stakeholders and government customersTravel up to 20%, to participate in domestic business engagements with customers, partners, and teammatesQualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experienceProgram management or capture management experienceExperience in capturing new business/program(s) or preparing proposalsExperience managing cost, schedule, and technical performance for programs with use of program management tools such as Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Risk and Opportunity Management, Scope Board, or similar business processesExperience leading cross-functional teams to include, but not limited to, any combination of the following: Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, and/or administrative functionsActive and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain program access after startQualifications We PreferProgram Management Level 4 Certification or ability to obtain within one yearSTEM degreeDemonstrated experience working with program management best practices; to include early capture milestones (strategy, bid approval, etc.)Demonstrated experience of leadership competencies, especially influential communications, strategic thinking, cultivating innovation, collaboration, developing talent, customer focus, and driving resultsEffective interpersonal skills especially in team building and customer relationshipsExcellent communication, written, and presentation skillsStrong business acumen to proactively identify and resolve problems, quickly and efficientlyWhat We OfferOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
