Behavior Technician - ABA / Autism
Behavior Technicians for a client with over 18 years of experience providing ABA services to children with Autism and developmental disabilities.
No prior ABA experience required - paid training provided!
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
- Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
- Help develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
- Collect behavioral data and document client progress.
- Collaborate with families and supervisors to support treatment goals.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Passion for working with children with Autism or developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication, patience, and reliability.
- Ability to travel to clients' homes.
- Availability during afternoons, evenings, or weekends.
- No ABA experience required; training provided.
- RBT certification or experience in childcare, education, or behavioral health is a plus.
