Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) seeks a Senior Corporate Counsel to join its in-house real estate legal team, leading complex data center, energy, and financing transactions. You will own deals end-to-end, from diligence through financing structures, collaborating with strategy, treasury, and facilities teams.
You will negotiate terms, advise on regulatory risks, and help scale playbooks for multiple high-stakes projects, supporting AMD’s AI and HPC roadmap.
