Responsibilities Evaluate and assess patients to develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving mobility, strength, and function Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy services and patient outcomes Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, therapeutic techniques, and strategies for continued recovery Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment Ensure therapy equipment is used properly and safely Requirements Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited program Active PT license in the state of practice or eligibility for licensure New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply!
