Job Description & Requirements National Staffing Solutions-MSP is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist in Sonora, California. This is a travel assignment for a physically demanding, hands‑on role in an acute SNF setting. Position Details Occupational specialty: Physical Therapist Practice setting: Therapy, Travel, Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Start date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks, with opportunity for extension Schedule: 5 days a week, 8 hour shifts (40 hours per week) Employment type: Travel Pay and Benefits The pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined. Daily Responsibilities Evaluate patients’ conditions and develop individualized treatment plans. Assist patients in improving daily through therapeutic interventions. Instruct patients on proper use of exercise techniques. Provide stimulation or massage as indicated. Maintain accurate patient records. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
