As their Boston team expands, they are seeking a Human Resources Associate to join their collaborative and mission-driven environment. Responsibilities Support a variety of HR operations and administrative initiatives Maintain employee records Support key HR processes Assist with global performance reviews, coaching programs, and service awards Help deliver a seamless new hire onboarding experience Contribute to special projects Qualifications One to three years of HR experience Strong collaboration skills Experience with HR systems (Workday preferred) Genuine passion for supporting employees Compensation & Benefits The salary range is $60,000-$65,000 , with a comprehensive benefits package available upon permanent hire .
