Job Description

Seeking an experienced Residential Construction Superintendent to oversee the construction of multiple high-end custom homes in the Lakeside region of Montana. This role is ideal for a superintendent who understands regional building methods, seasonal constraints, and weather-driven scheduling specific to Northwest Montana.

Phase 1 includes luxury residences, each ranging from $15M–$20M, with additional phases planned based on performance and project expansion.

Individual project values: $15M–$20M
Luxury, architect-driven builds
Lakeside and mountain terrain
Long-term development vision beyond Phase 1

Responsibilities

Oversee daily field operations from site mobilization through completion
Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and material deliveries
Maintain schedules that account for Montana weather, seasonal access, and site conditions
Ensure work meets design intent, quality standards, and safety requirements
Communicate closely with ownership, project management, and design teams
Operate initially from an on-site trailer while a permanent office location is finalized

Requirements

10+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Project Manager on residential construction projects
Proven experience building custom or luxury homes, preferably in Montana or similar cold-weather regions
Strong understanding of regional construction practices, winter conditions, and seasonal sequencing
Ability to manage large budgets and complex subcontractor scopes
Comfortable committing to a long-term project (minimum 2 years, target 5+)

On payroll starting in April
Site trailer secured and operational
Ownership has acquired adjacent property to support site operations
