Director of Business Development -Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care Full Time Salary Red Oak Health & Rehabilitation Center, Red Oak, TX, US DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Job Expectations: Establish an ongoing viable network of referral sources that supports the facility and ensures the census and program goals of the facility are achieved and maintained. Requirements: Education / Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent College graduate or College experience preferred Knowledge / Experience: At least 1 year of healthcare marketing and/or experience with admissions required. Long term care experience and/or comparable experience in a healthcare setting required. Ability to work effectively with all members of a multi-disciplinary team. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Highly motivated and creative individual with an ability to work independently.
