Sales Director

Responsibilities Responsible for developing and overseeing the new account sales team to drive net‑new subscription based revenue (MRR). You will accomplish this by following up on leads, qualifying, and closing viable deals as well as developing new revenue partner and 3rd party opportunities. Essential Functions Must have previous sales experience working with or for: Email service providers Marketing agencies Software companies Or have a proven grasp of marketing fundamentals and best practices for digital marketing. Experience in vertical markets such as political, consumer goods, health care, hospitality, and finance a plus. Requirements and Qualifications Successful sales experience with 7-10 years' experience Experience in direct marketing or email marketing in the software solutions environment and or internet technologies History of attaining and exceeding outbound sales revenue objectives Experience selling marketing technologies and services across a range of verticals including retail, financial services, media, technology, telecommunications, and travel Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, and presentation Ability to process and manage sales leads by email, phone, live web chat, and in person Organized and goal oriented High level of computer knowledge including full use of Microsoft office, Sales Force and similar CRM tools Reporting Structure This position reports to the President.
