You Bring:A positive, energetic, and motivating leadership style.Strong coaching and communication skills.A passion for helping others succeed.A results-driven mindset with the ability to inspire a team.Excellent organizational and time management skills.A commitment to delivering an outstanding member experience.Qualifications RequiredHigh School Diploma or GEDCurrent CPR/AED CertificationNationally accredited Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, NFPT, ISSA, NESTA, IFPA, or equivalent)PreferredBachelor's Degree1-2 years of Personal Training experiencePrevious leadership or management experienceConsultative sales experienceExperience coaching teams to achieve performance goalsPhysical RequirementsAbility to demonstrate proper exercise techniques and coaching cues.Lift up to 50 pounds.Move throughout the club and remain active throughout the workday.Occasional travel (up to 5%) for meetings and training.Why Crunch?
