Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional well-being, utilizing standardized assessment tools and interviews.

  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs and aspirations, incorporating therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness practices.

  • Facilitate various therapeutic interventions including individual therapy, family therapy, and group sessions, focusing on the development of coping strategies and emotional resilience.

  • Regularly monitor clients’ progress towards their therapeutic goals, documenting changes and modifying treatment plans based on feedback and evolving needs.

  • Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute emotional distress or mental health emergencies, utilizing de-escalation techniques and safety planning.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to all legal and ethical regulations, including HIPAA standards.

  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers to ensure each client receives holistic and integrative care.

  • Engage in regular consultation, including supervision meetings and peer reviews, to enhance clinical skills and ensure adherence to best practice guidelines.

  • Stay informed on current trends and innovations in mental health treatment through ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Compensation and Benefits\n

Accent Care Counseling Center offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
