Physician (Internal Medicine)

DutiesServe as a board-certified Internal Medicine Physician providing care to adult patients who have both acute and chronic illnesses of all complexities.Promotes preventive measures.Manages the acute and chronic conditions of his/her assigned panel of patients and patients assigned to other team members when circumstances require.Responsible for the continuous and comprehensive healthcare management of a broad range of health services.Documents all examinations/procedures performed in the patient's electronic medical record.Participates in Continuing Medical Education (CME) and quality assurance activities as assigned.Provides consultation to other health care providers as assigned.
