Stryker seeks a Trauma Sales Representative for their Fort Wayne territory to sell orthopedic trauma products and provide surgical support. The role combines consultative sales, on-site case coverage, and inventory management with an on-call schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage designated sales territory to achieve business objectives and market growth targets
• Provide on-site support for trauma procedures and ensure product availability for scheduled and emergent cases
• Educate surgeons, OR staff, and healthcare professionals on product functionality and applications
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct customer visits to identify utilization opportunities
• Respond to customer requests and trauma case needs through on-call participation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years clinical healthcare or sales experience
• Ability to participate in on-call schedule covering nights, weekends, holidays
• Product presentation and technical training experience preferred
• Territory-based B2B sales account management experience preferred
• Healthcare industry regulation compliance and documentation knowledge
